Soccer World Cup
Objectives: To create awareness about the forthcoming FIFA 2010 event amongst all people visiting Hout Bay
This community project will engage up to twelve visual artists creating a giant mural welcoming the people arriving at Hout Bay's harbour or strolling along Hout Bay's beachfront. This is not only creating awareness of the forthcoming 2010 Soccer World Cup but will also have a lasting impact on the visitors in view of South African cultural activities. Back home, these visitors are going to become FIFA 2010 ambassadors for South Africa. |
