- 150m long traders stalls (3 m high and 8m deep with concrete shelf counters)
- Urban forecourt: paved level urban square with softer landscaping from Fritz Sonnenburg accros the B&C fields up to eastern edge of stadium plaza
- Re-design Fritz Sonnenburg road to end in a walled werf-like courtyard
- High quality carefully illuminated precinct throughout hard and soft landscaped surfaces
