  • Urban forecourt: paved level urban square with softer landscaping from Fritz Sonnenburg accros the B&C fields up to eastern edge of stadium plaza
  • Re-design Fritz Sonnenburg road to end in a walled werf-like courtyard
  • High quality carefully illuminated precinct throughout hard and soft landscaped surfaces
