Essential Strategy

		A readily-available and appropriately skilled labour force, good spaces, low input costs and a good transport system to support round-the-clock operations
		CtC will be the primary investment recruitment agent and relocation facilitation agency
		Provincial Government will provide a supportive and conducive business environment
		Government and large domestic outsourcers will be encouraged to support BBBEE and domestic SMME players on their own or as significant partners in JVs
