The package consists of:
Day rates are @R30.00 per person for entry or R500 for the day of the Air Show which will mean that you have the best seats, food all day and drink as much as you like and have a fabulous time in the VIP Tent and meet wonderful people…. And the best of all – we will arrange the tickets so you or your clients don't have to stand in the queue! Those visitors coming from far away will require accommodation, so any of you who can offer accommodation in your B & B or Hotel, please contact us A.S.A.P that we can add your name to the list we are already working with.
We have booked a stand at the Air Show and would like all interested parties to give us their brochures to advertise their products @R100 per leaflet/brochure design. This is a wonderful opportunity for all, as SAAF expecting over 50 – 70 000 visitors for the weekend. We will be in Hangar No.8 with the SAAF museum. In addition to that we have a “Food Stand” outside the hangar making the most delicious food from different parts of the world.
If we have enough support in this venture, we might even book a stand at the Overberg Air Show for the end of November. Remember South Africa is the only country in the world where all these vintage aircrafts are allowed to fly. An event like this only comes around once a year in Cape Town so please tell all your friends and family no matter where they are.
