Vivian Stoffels companied by Rudolf Rieger in his capacity as mentor, adjudicator and SMME accredited service provider facilitated the Program. Additional adjudicators were actor, creative director and writer Royston Stoffels and education specialist Eddie Davids.

Candidates presented their business concept, which was examined in detail where helpful advice was offered.

Participants learnt how to:
  1. Demonstrate how their idea fits into a broader picture
  2. Improve their empathetic skills, "think with someone else's brain," and anticipate how ideas will be received
  3. Identify the people and training who can assist in carrying their ideas to reality
  4. Face resistance squarely and overcome negativity
  5. Improve presentation skills so that their ideas won't be lost in a substandard delivery
  6. Obtain the facts and strategies and plans that will support their business concept
  7. Take the action required to make it happen
